Past SDGOP Chairman Endorses Michael Crimmins For Congress (CA-53)
As a past Chairman of the San Diego County Republican Party, I am proud to endorse San Diego’s next Congressman, Michael Crimmins. I encourage you to get to know Michael and to also lend him your support.
Michael is well-positioned to defeat liberal Congresswoman Susan Davis this November. With the support of with friends like you and me, he shall succeed.
Mr. Crimmins served the United States for over two decades as a Marine Corps officer. He later invested over a decade in the future of our children, as both a teacher in San Diego City Schools and a high school principal.
He is a career public servant, not a career politician. As a candidate, this unique background makes him ideal for the voters of the 53rd District. Michael also shares the core conservative and moral values that are lacking in many of today’s elected officials.
Most politicians lack the courage and integrity to stand up for what is morally right, and those who do, are few and far between. However, just as Sarah Palin put her name on the line to clean up misconduct and abuse within the Alaska GOP, Michael Crimmins was the sole political figure with the courage of his convictions to stand up against similar embarrassing shenanigans, which he observed amongst the present leaders in the San Diego and California GOP.
As a former Republican Chairman from the home-town of disgraced Congressman Randy “Rolls-Royce” Cunningham, I recognize that ethics and integrity are foundational to the success of our candidates and efforts. Michael is a prime example of the type of candidate whom we should rally behind and strive to elect.
Best regards and Semper Fi,
Bill Marvin
LtCol USMCR (Ret.)
Chairman Emeritus, San Diego County Republican Party (’97 to ’98)
